1. Who we are

SourceTrio is an online sourcing and quotation service at sourcetrio.com. It is operated by Runpost, a business in the Maldives. The legal entity is RUNPOST, registration number SP02412021, with its address at G.Kasthiirge, 2nd Floor, Alikilegfaanu Magu, Postal code: 2011, Male', Maldives.

In these terms, "SourceTrio", "we", "us" and "our" mean that entity. "You" means the business that uses SourceTrio, and the person who uses it for that business.

2. Agreeing to these terms

By using SourceTrio, you agree to these terms. You also agree to our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You confirm that you are allowed to act for the business you name.

3. What SourceTrio does

Here is how the service works:

• You submit a requirement. This is a description of what your business wants to buy.
• We look for suppliers around the world.
• We vet those suppliers. We check sanctions lists, look for signs of scams, and check that the business exists.
• We email suppliers in English and ask them for quotes.
• We compare the quotes on the price of the goods, quality and lead time. If a supplier mentions a shipping cost, we show it separately for your information. It is not part of our comparison.
• We aim to give you three options: best price, best value and fastest. If only one or two suitable suppliers quote, you get one or two options.

We use AI tools to help with this work. Our results are a guide to help you decide. They are not professional, legal or financial advice.

4. What SourceTrio does not do

SourceTrio is a middleman for sourcing only. We do not:

• sell any goods;
• arrange, handle or insure shipping;
• take part in any contract between you and a supplier;
• collect, hold or pass on payments for goods;
• act as your agent, broker or representative in a purchase.

Any deal you make is between you and the supplier. The supplier is responsible for its goods, prices, delivery and service.

5. Your own checks

Our vetting lowers risk. It does not remove it. Information can change, and public records can be wrong.

Before you pay or sign anything, you must do your own due diligence on the supplier and the goods. This includes checking samples, contracts, payment terms, import rules, licences and taxes that apply to you.

6. No guarantees

We work hard to find good suppliers. But we cannot promise results. In particular, we do not guarantee:

• how a supplier will perform, or the quality of its goods;
• how many quotes we will get for a request;
• any price, or that a quote is the lowest available;
• that a supplier will honour its quote;
• delivery times given by suppliers.

Suppliers quote the price of the goods only. Any shipping cost a supplier mentions is shown separately, for information. Currency conversions are estimates.

7. Who can use SourceTrio

• SourceTrio is for registered businesses only. It is not for personal or household buying.
• We verify your business by sending a code to your company email address. We may ask for more proof that your business is registered.
• You must give true and current details, and keep them up to date.
• You may have up to two open requests at a time.
• Keep your login and codes safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.

We may refuse, pause or close an account if we cannot verify the business, or if these terms are broken.

8. How we deal with suppliers for you

• We share your company name with suppliers so they can quote.
• We never share your email, phone number, budget or current price with suppliers.
• Supplier replies come to SourceTrio, not to you directly.
• We reveal the chosen supplier's contact details after you choose an option.

Please do not try to contact suppliers through SourceTrio's channels for anything other than your request.

9. Fair use

You agree not to:

• submit requests for illegal, banned, sanctioned or dangerous goods;
• submit false or misleading requests, or requests made only to collect price data;
• use the service to harass, spam or mislead suppliers;
• copy, scrape, resell or misuse our service or results;
• try to break, overload or get around the security of the service.

We may decline any request we think breaks these rules, or that we cannot handle safely.

10. Fees and payment

• Launch period: SourceTrio is free to use at launch.
• How we are paid: SourceTrio is paid only by the per-request fee paid by the buyer (if any). We do not add a markup to supplier prices and we do not take commission from suppliers. Prices shown are the suppliers' own quoted prices.
• Fees: The fee for a request, if any, will be advised at the time of the quotation request, before you submit or pay. Requests are free during our launch period. A fee, if charged, unlocks the full quotes and supplier names for that request.
• We will show the fee clearly before you pay. You will never be charged without agreeing first.
• Up to 3 options: We aim for three options, but we cannot promise three. Some products have only a few suitable suppliers.
• If you get 1 or 2 quotes: the fee still applies, because the research and checking work is the same. We tell you this before you submit your request.
• If we find no quotes at all: there is no charge. If you already paid, you get a full refund.
• Fees are charged in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR) through the Bank of Maldives card payment gateway.
• Any US dollar (USD) amount we show is approximate. Your card issuer sets the final exchange rate and any card fees.
• We never see or store your full card details. The payment gateway handles them.
• Suppliers never pay SourceTrio.

11. Our content and your content

SourceTrio's website, name, logo and reports belong to us. You may use the results we give you for your own business. You may not resell them or publish them as your own service.

You keep ownership of the details you send us. You allow us to use them to run your request and improve the service, as set out in our Privacy Policy.

12. Limits on our liability

We provide SourceTrio "as is". To the extent the law allows:

• We are not liable for anything a supplier does or fails to do. This includes faulty goods, late or missing delivery, fraud, or lost payments.
• We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit, lost business or lost data.
• Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the request the claim is about. [DECISION NEEDED: confirm liability cap — fees for that request, or fees paid in the last 12 months]

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Maldivian law.

13. Your responsibility to us

If you break these terms or the law, and this causes a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim.

14. Ending your use

You can stop using SourceTrio at any time. You can ask us to close your account by email.

We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if we must do so by law, or if we stop the service. If we stop the service, we will give reasonable notice where we can.

15. Changes to the service or these terms

We may update SourceTrio and these terms from time to time. We will post the new terms on this page with a new date. For big changes, we will tell you by email or on the website. If you keep using SourceTrio after a change, you accept the new terms.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives. The courts of the Maldives will decide any dispute. Before going to court, please contact us. We will try to sort things out with you first.
